Privacy policy

Who we are

This website belongs to Rehoboth Pest Control LLC, based in Downingtown, PA. Questions about this policy? call or text us at (484) 378-5277 or email servicerequest@rehobothpestcontrol.com.

What we collect

We only collect what you type into our booking and contact forms:

• your name and phone number
• your email address, if you give it
• the property's address, town, ZIP code and type
• the service you're interested in and any notes you add

We don't ask for payment details on this website, and you can browse it without telling us anything.

How we use it

We use your information to contact you about your request, by phone, text or email, and to schedule and provide the service you asked about. We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't share it with other companies for their marketing.

If you give us a mobile number, we may call or text you about your request. Just tell us if you'd rather we didn't.

How your request reaches us

When you send a form, the website passes your details straight to our team as a text message and an email, using service providers that deliver those messages (Twilio for texts and Resend for email). The website itself doesn't keep a database of form submissions. The site is hosted by Vercel, which keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability.

Cookies and tracking

This website doesn't use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. Two parts of the site load content from Google:

• the map on our contact page, which comes from Google Maps
• the Google reviews on our site, including reviewers' public names and profile photos, which are kept up to date through our review service

When those load, Google and our review service can see your IP address, as with any website. Google's own privacy policy applies to Google's services.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call or text us at (484) 378-5277 or email servicerequest@rehobothpestcontrol.com, and we'll take care of it.

Children

This website is meant for adults arranging pest control. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
