Four-season protection from 50+ common pests, inside and out.
Rehoboth's general pest control plan covers more than 50 common pests, including ants, spiders, wasps, crickets, centipedes, silverfish and outdoor cockroaches. The plan uses an eave sweep, crack-and-crevice dusting, an exterior perimeter barrier, a granular barrier and interior spot treatment, with free re-service between visits.

Baiting, trapping and exclusion that seals the way in.
Getting rid of mice and rats for good takes three steps: remove the rodents already inside with traps and tamper-resistant bait stations, find every gap they're using, then seal those gaps. Rehoboth starts with a free consultation and a 3-week intensive treatment ($450), then keeps them out with a year-long plan.

Mole barrier service and vole baiting to save your lawn and beds.
Moles and voles need different approaches. Moles tunnel for grubs and earthworms, so Rehoboth applies a mole barrier treatment that drives them out of the lawn. Voles eat roots, bulbs and bark, so we control them with tamper-resistant bait stations placed along their runways. A free consultation and our inspection tell us which one you have.

Free termite consultation, active-infestation and preventative treatment, yearly re-inspection.
Termite treatment starts with a free consultation and an inspection for mud tubes, damaged wood and moisture problems. If termites are active, Rehoboth treats the infestation and installs protection around the structure that targets both visible and hidden termites. Preventative treatment is available too, and every treated home gets an annual re-inspection to keep termites from coming back.

BoraCare borate treatment for new builds, before insulation goes in.
Pre-construction termite treatment with BoraCare is applied after the roof is on and the walls are framed, but before insulation goes in. Rehoboth sprays the borate solution onto the framing where wood meets concrete and around foundation penetrations in a single visit, coordinating with your plumbing, electrical and masonry crews so the schedule doesn't slip.

Monthly yard treatments March through October, plus interior flea service.
In southeastern Pennsylvania and South Jersey, yards are typically treated for mosquitoes and ticks once a month from March through October, the season when both are active. Rehoboth treats shrubs, shaded resting areas and yard edges with EPA-registered products and checks for standing water every visit. Interior flea and tick treatment is available too.

Up to 10 holes included in your plan; an intensive program for the rest.
Carpenter bees are treated by dusting each nesting hole so bees entering and leaving contact the treatment, then sealing the holes once activity stops. Rehoboth includes carpenter bees in its general pest control plan for up to 10 holes, and offers an intensive treatment plan for homes and decks with heavier damage.

A 3-week intensive treatment to break the breeding cycle, then a year-long plan.
Getting rid of German cockroaches takes a 3-week intensive treatment. They breed too quickly for a single spray, so Rehoboth combines gel baits, dusts in wall voids, insect growth regulators that stop reproduction, targeted sprays and glue-board monitoring. The program is $450, followed by a year-long plan so they don't come back.

Scheduled service and documentation for businesses, rentals and builders.
Commercial pest control from Rehoboth includes an inspection of your building, a plan for the pests your business is most at risk from, and scheduled service visits on a set frequency, including before or after business hours. We work with offices, shops, restaurants, warehouses, landlords and builders across southeastern Pennsylvania and South Jersey.
